1. Question : My Nokia 2310 suddenly switched off. It didnt switch on again.
I tried putting the battery(of problem phone) into another cellphone, the battery works fine.
I tried to charge the problem phone, but is not showing any activity upon inserting the charger jack. Other phones are getting charged using the same charger.
Any idea of what the problem could be?

1. Question : When I use Firefox and Internet Explorer I cannot get to certain websites i.e. Facebook, myspace, microsoft updates... But if I use Netscape Navigator I can get to any and every website. I have checked for virus' and ad-ware and nothing. help!
Answer : u remove firefox,
press- start -> settings -> control panel -> add or remove progroms -> firefox -> remove .. ..
install firefox & try again.
